About a month ago I reached out to a licensed HVAC tech for the condo. Evaporator coil was completely frozen over. and it was stressful.
What I learned from that was that response time is everything when your AC goes out.
My realtor suggested a nationwide HVAC contractor network that connects you with licensed local HVAC techs fast! From start to finish it was professional and they explained everything clearly!
Another thing worth mentioning is they gave me a detailed estimate before starting any work.
