I’ve noticed recently how much ongoing roof maintenance really matters, particularly for houses near the coast. Things like routine checkups along with spotting minor problems early on seem to make a big difference in avoiding larger repair costs later on. I used to think roofs were more of a set it and forget it thing, but weather and age really adds up as time goes on. Curious how often people here have their roof looked at and which signs they usually watch for.
